The Role

This is a highly experimental engineering position focused on rapid prototyping. You will work closely with a Product Manager to identify, design, and build new product ideas from the ground up. Your focus will be taking concepts from 0 to 1, creating working prototypes, validating them through A/B testing, and handing successful initiatives over to the wider engineering team for scaling. While AI is not the primary focus of this role, proficiency with AI tooling is important, as it can significantly speed up prototyping and exploration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with products to generate and validate new concepts.
• Build functional prototypes quickly to test feasibility and user value.
• Use AI-based tools to accelerate development and experimentation.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback and data.
• Define architecture and technical approach for new initiatives.
• Transition validated prototypes to other engineers for full-scale development.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience taking ideas from concept to working prototype.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to adopt and leverage new tools and frameworks quickly.
• Bonus: Experience with AI APIs, fintech products, or transaction data.
